Elizabeth Fuller m. Moses Rowley Sr. on Apr. 22, 1652 in Barnstable, Barnstable Co, MA. Elizabeth was b. abt. 1632 in Redenhall, Norfolk County England and D. after May 7, 1715 in East Haddam, Middlesex Co., CT. She came with her parents and brother and sister to America in 1640. Moses was b. abt. 1627 in London?, Middlesex?, England, and D. March 8, 1704/05 in East Haddem. He came to America with his father, a brother and a sister between 1632-4?. His parents were Henry Rowley of Nottinghamshire? England and (Sarah?) Palmer of Nottinghamshire?, England. Her father William Palmer was called "the Nailer." (*Note-Henry was a planter in Plymouth Co., MA. Some researchers still wonder for sure when he came to America but one thought he came in the "Charles" with Mr. Hatherly and was in Scituate by 1634. But, it is known, that he was one of the original settlers of Scituate, Plymouth Co., MA.) Moses was a freeman in 1657, Deputy of General Court between 1673-79 and 1692. He was also a cordwainer (a maker of shoes). They moved to East Haddon, CT in 1693 where he purchased 60 acres which was not a popular decision with his wife who refused to sign the deed. Elizabeth & Moses had 10 children, Mary (m. John Weeks, a carpenter & missionary to the Indians, had 11 children, Nathaniel (m. Margaret Shiverick/Sheverick), John Jr. (m. Mercy Prence?), William (m.
