The Lee family tree goes back to England. On my Mom's side (Catron), the tree extends into Canada and Germany (Kettenring). All German emigrants to America of the name of Kettenring or Kettering have been traced back to Hans Jacob Kettenring. I have some of our tree back to 1200!
Terry's family tree dates back to the early 1500s. The line has families in Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee, and Switzerland. It includes the Beckwith and Andersen lines. She has living relatives in Wisconsin and Illinois. We don't have much on the Andersen line, which comes from Denmark.
I still am doing a bunch of genealogical research. It's a lot of work, with lots of genealogy related resources on the web to be examined. One of the most comprehensive sites is the Roots Computing Genealogical Home Page. Some others are Genealogy SF, and Ancestry, and Genealogy Organization. I've listed some of them below.
